A reservation is considered confirmed once we have sent written confirmation and received a deposit of 50% of the total stay amount. The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival (or upon arrival, depending on the booking method).

In case of cancellation:

• Up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 59 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
• In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Check-in and check-out times must be respected (check-in from 15:00, check-out before 10:00).
