A stay at Saint Paul le Marseillais is more than a holiday, it's an invitation to experience the very best of the South of France.
From charming family-run restaurants and bustling village markets to beachfront cafés serving freshly grilled fish, the region is a paradise for food lovers. Local producers proudly showcase their cheeses, olives, seafood, and seasonal specialties, while nearby markets overflow with the freshest ingredients. This part of France is renowned for its fishing heritage, as well as its exceptional oysters and mussels harvested from the nearby lagoons.
Discover France's Largest Wine Region
Nestled in the heart of the Hérault, part of the beautiful Occitanie region, Saint Paul le Marseillais is surrounded by some of France's most celebrated vineyards. Whether you visit prestigious estates or hidden family-owned wineries, you'll find unforgettable wines and warm hospitality at every turn.
We are always happy to recommend our favourite local vineyards, many just minutes from the estate, where you can enjoy tastings, tours, and a true taste of the region.
Relax, Unwind & Savour Every Moment
During the summer season, we welcome guests with a relaxed arrival evening featuring delicious local food and drinks. No need to drive out for dinner or spend time cooking after your journey, your holiday begins the moment you arrive.
Much of what we serve comes directly from our own gardens and orchards, including seasonal vegetables, fruit, olives, herbs, and figs, complemented by carefully selected local ingredients whenever possible.
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, a creamy latte, fresh mint tea from the garden, or a glass of local wine beneath the shade of the mulberry trees or beside the swimming pool. Our honesty bar is always stocked with refreshing drinks and ice creams for guests to enjoy at their own pace.
And when you're ready to explore, we'll gladly share our personal guide to the area's hidden gems, from lively food markets to authentic local restaurants that most visitors never discover.
The only challenge? Finding enough time to experience it all!
